PHILOSOPHY
My name is Maddie and I am a licensed massage therapist in the state of Colorado. I obtained my education here locally at the Academy of Natural Therapy in downtown Greeley. I have a passion for healing and helping others. My vision as a massage therapist is to help others achieve their wellness goals through the therapeutic benefits of massage therapy and a knowledge and understanding of a holistic approach to health. My vision will be fostered with exceptional quality of touch, client-centered sessions, and unwavering professionalism. In my free time I enjoy spending time around the kitchen with family and friends, hiking, writing, music, traveling, baking, and most of all, making as many memories as possible with my husband andchildren.

THERAPUTIC MASSAGE
Integrative Therapeutic Massage is a unique approach which seeks to honor the entire experience of the individual and is based on the principles of mindfulness, embodiment, and holism.
By focusing on breath, movement and physical sensation, sound, verbal interaction and creative integrating strokes, we seek to open the body from its armoring and holding patterns.
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
Deep tissue massage is designed for highly focused, treatment-oriented work.
The focus of deep tissue massages is on specific joints and muscles by accessing deeper into the layers of soft tissue, friction on tendons, muscle attachments and ligaments brings more mobility to an area.
Starting superficially, then easing into the depth of the muscles, deep tissue massages oftentimes "hurt so good..."
PRENATAL MASSAGE
Prenatal and postpartum massages are incredibly beneficial and nurturing ways to support the extraordinary changes which occur to a woman's body during and after pregnancy.
The experience of pregnancy, giving birth, and being a mother is one of the most transformative events in a woman's life. The stress from this period of dramatic structural, physiological and psychological change can lead to a number of challenges.
REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology is a therapy which stems from the belief that the entire body is "mapped" in the hands and feet. Stimulation of various reflex points in the hands and feet help to balance the corresponding organs or body parts/systems.
Reflexology is a wonderful introduction to massage therapy since it does not require more than hands, forearms, feet and lower legs to be exposed.
This technique is also a treat for anyone who works with their hands or stands for long periods of time.
